Jens studied and got bachelor degree in Business Economics (Copenhagen Business School, and Louvain-la-Neuve in Belgium) and master in Applied Economics and Finance (Copenhagen Business School, Denmark). Before becoming an independent M&A adviser he worked at the larger accounting companies with financial services (like KPMG and Deloitte). He has also worked for Private Equity Funds in Denmark and abroad. The Funds have had focus on IT companies and general industries – and both larger and SMEs.
