The buyer is an Indian company activating in IT services and that is specifically looking to expand in Eastern Europe. The worldwide businesses of the group register more than 100M euro revenue, with an EBITDA rate of more than 20%. The founders of the company are interested to discuss with interested sellers, the company has more than 20M euro available for acquisitions, no bank financing is required. Possible synergies to bring to target would be the ability to expand delivery from CEE location. The group is planning to start the acquisitions project as soon as possible. The target company should activate in IT industry, should be located in Eastern Europe (not Russia or CIS), type of services provided should be IT services (preferably high end). In regards to the size of the target, the desired companies should register more than 5M euro, the number of employees it’s not a decisive factor, but ideally would be more than 100 people.
