During 2000 – 2001, Andrius was the Business Development Vice-President atSBA Group. Over the past seven years, he has initiated and completed transactions in retail, media, construction, manufacturing and logistics sectors. Andrius is responsible for the M&A transactions and fund raising. He has graduated from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University with a degree in Transport Administration and Management as well as from Vilnius University Business School with the M.Sc. degree in International Business. Andrius is a member of the Association of Financial Analysts in Lithuania since 2000 and a member of the Corporate Finance Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Andrius satisfied the requirements of and has been granted the Corporate Finance Qualification by the ICAEW in 2007.
