The buyer is a plastic manufacturing company from Turkey, with a long history of over 40 years. The company is narrowly specialized, and most of its production is made up of plastic hangers production. The company is mainly serving the textile and garment sector, realizing its production and sales at a clothes hanger factory with over 30.000 square meter factory.

The buyer company is looking for an opportunity to acquire a successful company, specialized in the same industry as the buyer – hanger manufacturing. The buyer will also look at plastic products production companies, that are currently specialized in a different production, but have capacity and machinery that would be used for hanger manufacturing.
The revenue range of an ideal target should be in the range between 4 and 10 million Euros. Geographically, preferred countries are countries with a low cost of labour.
