After years of banking he changed and joined an industrial group in Switzerland where he was heading the financial services in Europe and later corporate finance globally. Since 11 years he is independent covering cross border M&A, private equity and international business development transactions. Osama can be considered a corporate finance specialist with a broad experience. He is hands-on, pragmatic and very efficient in his way to handle projects.
