He is experienced in advising in the areas of large international transactions of business sale and purchase, as well as smaller domestic projects. He has held positions in management and supervisory boards of several companies, where he was responsible for implementing strategies concerning the value growth and opening finance departments. He is a member of the Investment Committee of the Online Venture capital fund and a member of the Corps of the Polish Institute of Directors supporting principles of corporate governance.
