Experience areas:

Michael has studied and got Master’s degree in Business Administration at the Vienna University of Economics & Business Administration. At the time of his Master’s degree he had already had three years investment banking experience in trading/sales and equity capital markets. He joined KPMG Austria in Corporate Finance and contributed to its rapid development. Mandates included M&A, private equity valuation, business planning and financial modelling.
Michael later changed to RCB, Raiffeisen bank’s investment banking unit in charge of the corporate finance team where he analysed, valued and assisted Eastern European companies in their capital markets projects. Later he changed into the IT industry, heading investor relations for a market leading CEE IT house. After its sale Michael arranged financing for renewable energy projects and became an independent corporate finance adviser specialising on M&A (buy and sell-side), structured finance, private equity, real estate finance and others. He also offers data rooms, financial modelling and corporate valuations as well as Bloomberg based research and advisery.
Michael has an extensive professional network in Austria and CEE and is ready to contribute and co-ordinate legal, tax and other advisers required in the M&A process as well as financing.
