Jarmo is coaching start-ups and helping companies to grow rapidly as well downsizing companies. His experience covers Nordic countries, CEE countries, China, Germany. And many other countries.

Jarmo Kuusivuori has worked as Head of Wincor-Nixdorf Nordic, Oracle CEE HW Director, Sun Microsystemsin Nordic Director, Sun Microsystems Middle Europe Director, Sun Microsystemsin Finland and Baltic Director, Springtoys CEO, Novo Group Plc SVP, Techdata Norway Managing Director, Novosys Oy CEO and as board member of many companies in Finland, Austria, Czech, China, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Norway, Poland, Slovakia and Sweden.

Jarmo has been a member of the Finnish Technology Industries Competitiveness Workgroup 2008-2009. He has also been member of several Advisory Boards in different countries. He has also been working successfully with start-ups and non-profit organisations. He is acting as Coach for StartUp Sauna and other similar organizations.

Jarmo Kuusivuori has graduated from American Century University New Mexico (MBA). He made his thesis about Effective and Efficient Use of Scorecards as a Management Tool. He has participated Senior Leadership in Action –education 2000, which was organized jointly with Harvard Business School and IMD.
