The business wanted to buy is for a client of us. This company is looking to acquire majority stakes or completely buy Turkish pharma companies.

Criteria to buy pharma businesses

These are the main criteria/requirements for our clients:

• Local (Turkish) production
• Preferred size: revenue 15M - 50M Euro (not a fixed requirement)
• Infusion according to new technology (preferably synthetic, not glass anymore, although not for all infusions)
• Injections (injectables)
