Background

Philippe developed a multidisciplinary experience in finance, supply chain management and sales & marketing in several companies and sectors.  He started his career as Supply Chain Manager in one of the industrial plants of Solvay Group.  Consequently, he developed extended experience in Sales & Marketing.  Since 1995 Philippe has reoriented his career to Financial Management as Corporate Controller of Noord Natie Group.  Since 2004, Philippe is active as a Corporate Finance consultant.  Philippe focuses mainly on mergers & acquisitions, start-up and growth finance, business recovery, international expansion, project finance and strategic planning. Philippe speaks Dutch, English French and has a good knowledge of the German language.
