While Finn took his apprenticeship in Copenhagen/Denmark, he went to the Copenhagen Business School and took his first degree with the Business School. Later after having worked in London (2 years) and Frankfurt/M (2 years), Finn followed Merconome, business classes in IT & sales.

When Finn worked in the Transport/shipping industries, he was working in the management for difference transport and shipping companies, manly dealing with sales and business development. After finch the degree in IT, Finn join a IT company, Plus Data Group who delivered IT solutions to the Transport- and shipping industry. In 2001 Finn started his own IT company, Easy Cargo Systems, who delivers IT solution to the transport industry. The clients were small and medium size companies, and also companies like DHL DK, Geodis Wilson, GLS Express and others. During the years with IT for transport and within transport, Finn got a very good network in the Scandinavian (North European) countries, due to client’s colleges etc., where many of them today are sitting in the top management / owners in the Industry.

Because of the experience within IT, Finn has seen many examples, when no-Transport-people tried to sell solutions to the Transport industries. There are many examples where the IT Company and the transport clients, not end in success for none of the parties.  Therefore Finn can see that’s very important that the M&A adviser speaks the same “language” both for the buyers and sellers and very easy can see the synergies for both parties.

Finn sold his IT Company in 2012 to a Norwegian IT company. Therefore Finn knows how it is to sell “you baby” to a “stranger” (Finn had his business for 11 years). Finn has used his time with helping IT and Transport companies to make more sales / business developments. The latest M&A transaction made by Finn, was when the Belgium Logistics company, Essers acquired the Danish 3 PL Warehouse company NEFF A/S.

At the time Finn has a number of others deals going on in the Scandinavian and Danish marked. However, at the time we are still in negotiation with the deals, therefore we can’t write about them at the time.
